Our office does it's best to accommodate appointments at times that are convenient for you. However, we recommend that preschool children should be scheduled for their dental appointments in the morning. This allows us to take more time, and your child's dental experience will be less stressful.
As a courtesy, we ask that if you need to change or cancel your child's appointment, you notify us 48-hours in advance.
We understand your child may not be looking forward to their dental visit. Parents are invited to accompany their children to their first visit and initial examination. One parent will still have the option to be with their child in the treatment area if they wish.
For the safety and privacy of our patients, children not being treated on today's visit should remain in our reception room with a supervising adult.
Payment for all services is due on the date of the visit. If you'd like to discuss finance options, please see our office staff. We will do our best to work with you. We accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards.
If we have your dental information on file, we will be happy to file a claim for you. Filing your dental claim is a courtesy service we offer. We are not responsible for how or when your insurance pays a claim. We are only able to estimate your portion of treatment cost, and are not responsible for any errors in filing a claim on your behalf. You are responsible for any balance on your account, whether your insurance claim is paid or not.
We currently accept Delta Dental PPO, Humana Dental PPO, DentaMax PPO (Metlife, Guardian, United Concordia, Standard Reliance, Assurant ), Cigna Dental PPO and Aetna Dental PPO, Aetna PPO. If you are not sure if we accept your plan, give us a call 239-939-0423
or stop by our office and we can discuss before your dental appointment.
